Tech Stack
For this website, I am using
- the open-source Hugo framework for static site generation,
- the open-source Academic template provided by Wowchemy and developed by GeorgeCushen,
- GitLab for maintaining the project repository as well as
- Netlify for building and deploying the page.
I chose to use Wowchemy because its code is well documented, beginner friendly and there is a great community on Discord! I really like its responsive design, availability of dark/light mode, integration of Jupyter, LaTeX math typesetting and other features.
